No. I'm not a broker shopping your deal around. What you share with me stays between us, full stop. I'll sign an NDA at any point if that makes you more comfortable.
My numbers aren't perfectly clean. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most small business financials aren't. We can work through the details together — just tell me the story and we'll figure out the numbers as we go.
